This is true but it could so easily just started 24 hours from Humboldt to Yates right now, then extend north over time.

No bollards were up on Government Street this afternoon which meant cars were driving up. One of the problems with having this kind of time limited pedestrian zone is it needs to be set up every day. @victoria.ca #yyj #victoriabc
