fromsoft soulsbornes have really trained players into thinking a game has only one viable way to play and to "get good" at that. team ninja doesn't do that; they encourage a huge variety of options and make you look sick as hell while doing them

also the vibes and music are hugely underrated

i love nioh 2 to absolute bits to the point where i now enjoy and understand the loot system

the game secretly wants players to have a balanced stat spread and to use all the tools (ninjutsu/magic). the tools are free! they're useful and make the game way easier! they want you to have fun
