Simon, watched a coloured ringed Marsh Tit at Somerford Common this morning (10.30hrs)
Right - Red over blue
Left - metal ring over black.
Presume this must be one of your birds?

Nanquido held 2 Chiffs and 16 Redwing. Both Green & Great Spot Peckers in the valley.

Saw the Eagle at roost last night although it decided to fly out of sight after a short while but nevertheless a fantastic bird. !
The Cotswold Water Park Ringing Group was formed in 2003. During this time over 28,000 birds have been ringed of 71 species highlighting the importance of the habitat. The group is being renamed to the Cotswold Lakes Ringing Group working closely with the Cotswold Lakes Trust who allow site access.
