I blame the Democrats as well. The Supreme Court made it quite clear that enforcing the 14th Amendment is exclusively Congress's job, and they failed to do that. Indeed, they installed an insurrectionist into the White House. Not one Democrat raised the fact that he was unqualified per the 14th.
