agrowingculture 3 hours ago 2/5 This morning, Israeli forces raided and demolished the Seed Multiplication Unit of the Union of Agricultural Work Committees' (UAWC) national seed bank in Hebron. Using bulldozers and heavy machinery, the Israeli army destroyed the storage warehouses and infrastructure where essential equipment, seed materials, and tools for indigenous seed reproduction were kept. This is not just an attack on a building-its an attack on Palestinian food sovereignty, biodiversity and cultural memory.

Israel destroyed a Palestinian seed bank today. This is such a specific kind of evil, targeting literal hope for the future. Attempting to further alienate Palestinians from their home and land. So much destroyed just for the sake of destroying. It's awful.

The attempt to ban, erase etc.. marginalized people's histories demands responses at the grassroots level. Regular people can be cultural stewards, can be archivists, can be storytellers, can be preservers of oral history. And these are all fun things to do!

Inconvénient pour les gens qui ne sont pas le roi : devoir faire ses démarches administratives "loin" de chez soi (vécu).

Certains morceaux d'autres communes aussi (par ex. Watermael-Boisfort). La raison : le roi devait saluer toutes les autres communes entre Laeken et le Palais (Bruxelles-Ville) s'il se déplaçait. Comme tout est Bruxelles-Ville, il peut bouger dans devoir se taper des flonflons.

C’est ce qui me frappait quand on traversait la France en voiture, de Luxembourg vers la Bretagne, les paysages clairement sculptés par l’agriculture industrielle, avec la canicule, sans un coin d’ombre ni de répit, pour l’écosystème et les humains.

Bonnes ondes pour l’avant et un après qui aille dans la direction voulue et espérée.
