This is important to people living with HIV, people taking PrEP, and all other prevention efforts (including my job). This action unstopped will cause a resurgence of the global HIV epidemic in very short order.

If you think it's about flag waving, you're the one who doesn't understand nuance. I explained about how I don't want his idea-roaches in my head. That's not flag waving, it's judicious consumption. But you wouldn't understand that because you're allowing yourself to become infested.

10:30 am: feeling it in my neck on the left-rear now, and my upper back on the right as well. I must have tensed up a lot. Took an Aleve, but I wish I had a Flexeril or something so I could unwind the tensed muscles and maybe work them out a little.

I'm currently "fine", first mostly due to adrenaline and now probably a little swelling, but I have a feeling I'll be hurting a bunch later.

Scraped up my lower right shin, maybe twisted up my lower back, twisted my right ankle a bit, landed hard on my ribs with my arm pinned under me on the (thankfully carpeted and carpet-padded) cement basement floor.

8:30 am: Fell again. No stairs this time, just tripped over some clutter while trying to take off some tights I decided I didn't want to wear after trying them on.

You can also see a tattoo peeking out of the sleeve. The tattoo is of a fresh take on Munch's The Scream, and was created by me and tattooed by Devin at Liquid Courage in Omaha NE.
