My Hero Academia’s final season is a excellently-produced and wonderful send-off to the series. When I first read it in Shonen Jump over a decade ago, I was hooked and now—having consumed it in its entirety, I am glad to have experienced it. I wish Horikoshi the best on his future endeavors!

Jujutsu Kaisen: Execution is a great movie with good animation, music, and production for those who want a recap of the previous season and to preview the next one. However, if you haven’t yet seen the second season or read the manga, it will definitely leave you confused about what’s happening.

Bruh. Now that Microsoft is floundering with the Xbox and GamePass, Steam comes in their PC gaming hardware lol. If you could get everything they’ve shown in a bundle for <=$1000, I think it’d be a major sell for me. It would definitely get me to play my backlog of Steam games 😅

Chainsaw Man — The Movie: Reze Arc is a great film, which captures Fujimoto’s art style better than the first season. There are so many references to art and movies displayed through the talent of its animation and sound production that I can’t wait for the second season! Highly recommend.

My mistake—they made the Roblox of gacha games. Anyway, It just seems like Hoyo is trying to be the Nintendo of China, filling every single genre that seems to be missing a market leader except FPS’s. Can’t wait to see how they gacha-fy other games lol. How would you make platformers gambling tho?

Hoyo trying to turn Genshin into the Fortnite of gacha games with its upcoming Miliastra Wonderland update, lol. I do like games where you can make games within those games using their built-in editors but I’m really not sure how they’re gonna make it work without a robust creator monetization plan.

Just had an idea for Steel Walker-enchanted boots that halves my jump height out of water and allow for fast sinking in water, even in upwards bubble columns. If I land on cobble, it turns to gravel; if I land on gravel, it turns to sand. On tilled soil, it turns back to dirt upon walking.

If they do bring spears to the base Minecraft game, hopefully they can be enchanted with Piercing as that enchantment hasn’t seen much love since its introduction, lol. I want them to revisit the other combat update changes but maybe the “leaked” underwater dungeons/trials will be much more fun!

KPop Demon Hunters expertly uses the medium of animation to express the absurdity of its setting and world building. While the film’s very trope-y and the main leads look super generic, it’s a fun musical that sends home the message: you shouldn’t have to hide who you are. Recommend.

Kirby and the Forgotten Land + Star-Crossed World once again shows the talents of the level designers in both its 3D platforming and its art. Despite it being a shorter expansion, the new content is fun and replayable! Plus, on Switch 2, it’s 60 fps, which actually helps a lot lol. Recommend.

Imagine if there were Creeper variants for every biome-type. Mojang doesn’t have to change the Creeper texture when they could just add more! (and maybe change their explosions too)

I would be a bit concerned about all the people that would now make Creeper zoos and Charged Creeper exhibitions tho…

Apparently, there seems to be some hints towards an ocean update? Ocean trials? Shellfish? Underwater abandoned villages? Deep sea monsters? A way to craft tridents(lol)?

There’s actually so much more they could add to the deep seas—Mojang might actually be cooking… Hyped for Minecraft Live!

The Naked Gun is an excellent satirical parody of the old trope of hardboiled investigators whilst also mixing in some meta jokes as well. The absurd reality combined with constant dad jokes and wildly inappropriate scenarios makes it a great watch for anyone who has some sense of humor. Recommend.

Goodbye Black Clover Mobile, it was nice knowing you—actually no, this was such a time sink. I can’t get back those hours I wasted in this game…

Unfortunately, the art and animations will never be used for something better than a gacha game made by Garena. Black Clover deserved better.

The Bad Guys 2 extends the world of the first film without losing what made the original so good. The animation, framing, voice acting, and music all excel to tell a story about the trials of returning to a society you want to rejoin. Highly recommend after watching the first.

Freakier Friday throws you back to the 2000’s with its campy yet meta humor. Despite the daughters’ cringy shenanigans to split the soon-to-be married couple, it still manages to make a story about being patient with family and understanding each other. If you like the original, I’d recommend it.

The problem with moveable tile entities is that they don’t want to introduce a duping exploit by mistake. If you can dupe TNT, you can dupe containers with items. Additionally, a player can edit containers while they’re moving in the same tick. Without a robust checking system, this can be abused.

I feel like Mojang really wants to keep the former two mechanics alive because of their unique and powerful ways to design redstone systems, plus they’d want to bring that functionality to Bedrock as well. They just don’t want unintuitive redstone quirks that players find and have to get used to.

I think Mojang is holding off pursuing the redstone experiments for these key issues they’d like to address properly: an alternative to quasi-connectivity and 0-tick mechanics, moveable tile entities, and contraptions breaking upon chunk unloading. 0-tick and moveable tile entities may be related.
