My hair's also been falling out like crazy though so I'm afraid it'll only keep getting thinner. I'm nowhere near emotionally ready to get a big haircut bc I've had long hair since I was a literal child so fingers crossed

Got about 7-10ish cms of my hair cut off yesterday bc the ends were really thin, which sounds like a lot to me but my hair was about mid-thigh level when it was wet and now it's mid-butt so it's not that dramatic. I do wonder how long it'll take for it to grow back so this post is my time marker

I did read the count of monte cristo last year so at least I got that going for me

I don't think I'll manage quite as much in 2026, but as you can see, I'll read pretty much anything, so if you've got any recommendations, I'd love to hear them!

Of those 124, there were:

- 33 volumes of manga
- 25 Goosebumps books
- 10 non-fiction & memoirs
- 2 poetry books
- 2 graphic novels

The rest were fiction novels/novellas.

The year is almost over and I've read 124 books according to goodreads. My four faves, in order I read them, were:

- The Count of Monte Cristo - Alexandre Dumas
- Sunrise on the Reaping - Suzanne Collins
- Notes on an Execution - Danya Kukafka
- Project Hail Mary - Andy Weir

Teddy had surgery today to remove her lipomas. They successfully removed 3 of the 4. The last one was very hard and stuck to her ribs and they said it would do more harm to forcefully remove it than to leave it be. But hopefully she'll feel better soon
