I've made hot honey before! I took 2 cloves of grated garlic, 2 tbsp of sriracha, 2 tbsp of honey, 1 tsp of soy sauce and 2 tsp of cider vinegar and stirred it together. I used it to glaze chicken thighs that were par cooked before baking them in the oven.
