It utilizes IAudioClient3's low-latency shared mode initialization to reduce Windows audio latency(10ms->2ms for default Windows driver)!

Based on @minbitt.bsky.social's totorial, but I re-wrote some screen code to make it run better and (presumably)smoother, such as the tilting logic
