I hope the break helps her, I thought I might have just been overexcited for it when I didn’t enjoy it as much. I felt like time moved on but the plot was in slow motion, more talking, less action and adventure - islands felt more like a rushed draft they were over so quick, like book 2.5 not 3

What did you think of Onyx Storm? I kinda felt like it lost a bit of momentum from the first two?
