Thanksgiving is my favorite part too. Everything from the time with family to the Thanksgiving dinner meal itself is enjoyable. For least favorite, I would say the drastic changes in temperatures we can get. The changes creates extra spasticity for my body. #CPChatNow

The school near my work was closed on Halloween because of a teacher's work day. So, no Halloween parties for those kids! #CPChatNow

With my general health, I find making sure I sleep eight hours a night vital and I make sure to wash my hands regularly and avoid touching my face as much as possible. Two habits I picked up from the COVID days. #CPChatNow

My body will remind me if I forget! Then I lose the ability to concentrate. So, I make sure I am stretching regularly. #CPChatNow

For sure! I enjoy the convenience of shopping online. No, figuring out "How am I going to get there?" At the same time, certain items you just need to see in-person to determine if the purchase is worthwhile for you. #CPChatNow

A couple of memories that come to my mind are our neighbor always giving my brothers and I a bag with three or four king size candy bars. Also, going over to our grandmother's house after trick-or-treating where we would see our cousins dressed up as well. #CPChatNow
