How did you get the textures to look like that? I can tell they are dithered but are they dithered on the texture map or is it something during rendering

I also got started on making the texture map for her, I've never made one before so if anyone has any advice I would super appreciate it!

After hours igot all my favorite color palettes I've made into blender as well as figured out how to make my halftone pattern from my 2d art as a shader

The anime girl isn't made by me, its made by ChamberSu on sketch fab, just needed a model to check my palettes with.
