Bollywood directors seem to have forgotten the craft of when to shut down a sequence. They keep stretching the gags or the action or the gore till the audience gets bored with it.
As a result the film leaves no or minimal impact.

Watched #Jigra last night and I would have liked the whole movie better if it was shorter. The unnecessary prison cruelty was too stretched out.
Manoj Pahwa was the saving grace though.

Most favourite series of this year. Ted Danson is always so good.

I hate when they take away things you were just starting to really enjoy, like your favorite TV show or democracy.

The people at Netflix are really smart. They saw the craze that octogenarians solving crime books are generating and made #ManOnTheInside before the other series could hit screen.

Americans are having a meltdown & wanting empathy because their rights might be snatched.

A new series from the writer of my absolute fav The Thursday Murder Club series.

Overlooked for the Booker Prize AGAIN. Apparently you have to “first write a book”. Nepotistic literary establishment setting insurmountable barriers against me, the extraordinary man in the street, entering. Makes me sick.

Any starter packs for Indians. Or are we too few here to bother.
