I’ve been powerlifting for a few years now and honestly it’s never really hurt. Sure, there’s soreness - that’s normal, and over time it begins to feel even kind of good - but never pain. Generally pain means something’s “off” (e.g. bad form, not enough mobility work and/or warm-up, excessive load)

Thanks love! Tbh, I'd say some of the most beautiful sentences imh are happy accidents born from trying to carry the rich imagery of one language into another. That said, I do feel obliged to remind you that I do have a native speaker beta helping me clean up and smooth out Chains though!!
