From my experience anything negative can trigger a panic attack
Well anything negative that your brain can connect to something traumatic or related to something that left you completely shocked
All I can say is the best way to avoid them is to get used to them or learn to calm down by yourself

Because in my opinion even if it's a free base that you colored in it's still yours because it's your Sona/oc
So you should still be the one owning it and it being your Creation
As long as you have the original creators watermark
