If more people were able to share others would be amazed at how many friends and relatives have been there, done that! I was never afraid to put myself out there. If I’ve helped one person I’m happy.

@cyralek.bsky.social I’m a Baby Boomer. Sober since 7/28/88. I didn’t think I had a problem. Had everything and almost lost it all. Learning to live sober was the hardest. I’m lucky. After a 28 day program I still have it all and more!!
