I ran a large pod on Diaspora called Pluspora, for over 30K Google Plus refugees.
Many users had a hard time making the transition to the platform, lack of blocking, long-time users were not that friendly to newcomers.
Eventually about 20% stayed in the Fediverse.
Many of us are here now.
