I’ve been interviewing T-Level students this week and last, in the hope of filling 8 spaces over the next year or so. We’ve already filled 6/8 from our first 8 interviews. The quality of candidates coming out of these colleges is great - v hopeful for these students and their placements.

The GM Index is a measure used in the @gmchamber.bsky.social Economic Research - it's a mix of 7 indicators including domestic/overseas demand, business confidence and capacity. In Q2, the Index was 30.6, in Q3, it was 18.3 - complete our QES for input into Q4 - www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/GMQESMMT
