Authors investigate the roles of synovial tissue (ST) myeloid DCs in health and active or remission stages of rheumatoid arthritis using a combination of scRNAseq, spatial transcriptomics and DC/T cell co-cultures, and infere functional features of ST-DCs in immune tolerance and disease.
