There are some miscellaneous clothing articles around, so it's assumed he ate all of the people in the line, either the traditional oral vore way or with absorption. Does it matter? Not really. Will he digest them? Probably not, don't wanna ruin his figure after all. Will he let them out? Eventually!

Razz trying to hide his giant fat fucking gut. Headcanon time for people who read these: Razz, in his new majin body from the dragon ball wish, has a boundless appetite compared to his original human limitations. This leads to him eating much more than expected, but instead of being able to reshape into a larger frame, it just leads to his features being much rounder/plump while maintaining his original human frame.
