I always prefer “themself” with my logic being that I’m a Singular Unit, so, to me, it makes sense for the modifier there to be -self rather than -selves—it’s also how I write characters (mine or otherwise) that use they/them.

My OCs Hotah, Yoyo and Fuu. Hotah has black hair that's tied in a braid, he wears a plaid pattern hat with ear flaps. They have black suspenders and an off white collar shirt and blue jeans. Yoyo wears a red robe and black underneath and a jade necklace. Fuu is a brown chicken with red marks on the front.
