First Sundays are always the most eventful. I had 4 services to play/lead at today. My voice is shot, my feet hurt, but my spirit is full. God received the glory, the people we blessed, and my purpose is fulfilled.

Now, time for a shower, food, and bed!

Iran isn’t isolated the way many assume. Its growing coordination with China and Russia, plus regional sympathies, should make people pause. Global conflicts don’t stay contained forever. The real danger is how casually many are watching this unfold.

People are really going through it right now, a lot are literally just trying to survive the day stressed about what the next day’s gonna look like…. Be kind and show grace - it’s the least you can do.

A lot of people aren’t being distant, they’re being deliberate about staying alive. Intensive therapy, quiet seasons, stepping away from the noise… that’s not falling apart. That’s someone choosing to fight for their life privately.

You’re carrying far too much potential to keep stalling at the starting line.

Lock in. Get disciplined. Execute.

If there is anything to take from that kind of grief, it’s this: say what needs to be said while people can still hear you. Show up while it still counts. Love people in real time, not in hindsight.

Because life does not give reminders.
It gives moments. And sometimes, it gives none at all.

Until a phone stops ringing. Until a chair stays empty. Until we realize time was never as generous as we assumed.

People are literally here today and gone tomorrow. Not metaphorically. Not eventually. Literally. And the uncomfortable reality is that most of us don’t fully grasp the weight of that until loss sits in our lap and refuses to move.

The things we swore we’d get around to start echoing a little louder in the silence. It forces the truth to the surface: life is not just short — it is fragile in ways we don’t like to admit.

No warning. No extension. Just absence where a whole human being used to be. Death has a brutal way of putting everything into perspective. The grudges suddenly look small. The delays feel foolish.

Life has a way of humbling us in the harshest moments. We move through our days like time is guaranteed, like there will always be another call to make, another visit to plan, another chance to say what we meant to say. And then someone is here one day… and gone the next.

This is a reminder for post interactions. We can literally select which audiences to engage with our post.
