Trump’s ‘Big Beautiful’ Tax Bill and the Future of Community Development The budget mega-bill will likely make the Opportunity Zones and New Markets Tax Credit programs permanent. There’s good news and bad news.

There is so much about this bill that bothers, worries and angers me. Some are already pointing to the community development tax incentive programs in the bill as a silver lining.
