I'm trying a twist on the traditional lemon and sugar pancakes. I'm keeping the lemon but substituting the sugar for tonic water and the pancakes for gin.

They both did very well, Santos too. Front four in the first half pretty disappointing but massive improvement in the attacking play in the second half
