Probably. I saw the video when I didn't know what happened. I thought he was shot from another building nearby and he was surrounded by a large crowd.
But I will admit I have zero knowledge about guns and how they work.
As a non-American, the craziest part for me was that a random 22-year-old had sniper level skills and access to professional grade weapons. I don't think most gun owners outside can shoot with such precision.
