This is so incredibly infuriating, and thank you for sharing it. I hate when politicians think that “get rid of encampment = no more homeless people :-)” because that’s not how it works. Give people access to housing, jobs, food, and everything else they need, and THAT is how you end homelessness.
This is Frey’s entire plan to deal with the massive housing crisis his veto is about to cause.
