As someone living in IL the problem with @govpritzker.illinois.gov this time around is he seems to be all talk.

During COVID he had our backs and stood up.

His talk on TV does not matching what we see locally. His state police are currently best friends with ICE/CBP and he won't control them.

This is a breathtaking abuse of the law and power by the President of the United States.

America is on the brink of martial law.

Although I don't agree at all, it would be hard to change the mind of someone with that point of view.

That wasn't Pritzker. That was the Broadview Municipal Building. They were trying to get in to meet with the mayor who wasn't there. That's the part of the video they didn't show. Then they make up the bathroom excuse to try to get in.

ICE admits that up to 50% of arrests in its Chicago raids are "collateral.” These aren't statistics. They are parents taken from their children, neighbors taken from our communities. When does a "collateral" U.S. citizen child's trauma matter? This isn't law enforcement; it's a campaign of terror.

Evansville isn’t that far from where they currently are. Maybe they can direct their efforts there.

And if the story were true they would be looking for nine cars full of co-conspirators. They are not.

He not only isn’t enforcing the laws, his state police are now beating our people instead of ICE.

Their story is that it was 10 cars that boxed them in, yet nobody shot at the other nine cars or have even mentioned them as coconspirators.

If their story were true you know they would be tearing up every corner of Chicago looking for the other nine. Obvious BS.

ICE has already opened fire on us. Murdered a father in Franklin Park last month and shot a rapid response team member in Chicago today.

Does it truly matter at this point which guns the bullets were from? ICE and CBP are worse than the military.
