😞 Only bad climate news from my country, the Czech Republic, lately: 1) the Supreme Administrative Court has again rejected a cassation complaint in the first Czech climate litigation (the plaintiff association has announced that they plan to proceed to the Constitutional Court).

They want to discuss it with other parties. The proposal includes a target of climate neutrality by 2050, a 65% reduction in emissions by 2030 compared to 1990 and the right to sue for not meeting these targets!

My country Czechia, doesn't have a Climate Act and there are no official plans for one. Now something has been happening - the Pirate Party, which has 4 MPs and 3 people in the government, where it is the only one really pro-green party, has drawn up its own draft climate law.
