Heavy on the “mental health first” but also don’t want to keep missing work

I’m not ready to go back to reality tomorrow

Grateful that I have a best friend who is okay with rotting away on the couch all day in front of the TV

i bring a “this girl will not shut tf up about this tv show that stopped airing in 2017” vibe to the function that not everyone seems to appreciate

November is officially the worst month for me this year. Worst month I’ve had in years actually.

Honestly beats the time that I lost my voice completely over stress for like a week. No, I wasn’t sick. Literally just lost my voice bc of the stress/trauma from that week.

I hate that when I’m incredibly stressed out, my body reacts in the most violent way possible.
Eczema breakout, stomach pains, migraines etc 🙃
