For what it actually cost it is good!
If the “owner / master” actually sets it up in the subs property, he need not leave any keys! He would have absolute control!

It works pretty well. It is “tethered” to WiFi and uses the Tuya App.
The manual keys will allow access. Someone else local to JamesTG looks after them! Failing that they could be sealed into a ‘break in emergency’ container.
