I'm in the USA, and my copay is $20 per month. Vyvanse is no longer exclusive, generics exist. It shouldn't be that expensive in reality.

I'm on Vyvanse 40mg, and it's life changing. I'm not even sure this is the best med for me yet (diagnosed pretty recently). It definitely helps, more than Adderall and Ritalin, importantly without the side effects.

It helps me sleep, definitely chills out my anxiety, and relaxes me overall. I'm a pothead in reality, but for reasons not related to my lower back issues. More AuDHD help than anything

Alcohol will be easy, cigarettes are another story. I've smoked 3-4 packs a day for years. I associate smoking with a hundred things. It's breaking the mindset, the chemical addiction lasts for 3 days.

I do not like this system, but it's all I've got right now. Cannabis helps a bunch, but it doesn't truly help with my actual back pain. It's a no win situation. I plan to stop drinking in the next few days (along with nicotine). I'm scared, but I have to do this.

My back went to complete shit Saturday night. It's been literal hell ever since. Today I'm finally feeling more normal, and I'm hopeful I can get back to living life tomorrow.

How do I get through the pain? Copious amounts of alcohol. Its the only thing that works outside of opioids (I hate them)

Horrible fucking night concerning pain. My back is spasming, and I have no pain relief available. I've taken everything I have, and it's doing dick. I really don't want to go to the ER (⏰$$$), so I suffer.

Sleep won't be possible, and I'm frustrated. Sorry to vent. It's been days of extreme pain.
