Prep how? I cut up the strawberries and bananas and I let the chia seeds sit in the yogurt for a while but that's really about it?

Ive really been into making yogurt bowls in the morning in an attempt to eat more fruit and nuts, my go to ends up being adding chia seeds, strawberries, banana, almonds, hazelnuts, oats, extra dark chocolate and a tiny bit of honey ♡
