Trump has no idea what the consequences of his actions are long term and based on his abysmal record in Ukraine, Trump doesn’t care about future consequences as long as money comes into his families pockets and he is in the news. Bush was a patriot who made terrible mistakes. Trump is incompetent.

I disagree. Bush, who I personally like, not only blundered but his administration repeatedly lied about what was going on in Iraq and turned Iraq into an Iranian vassal state. But Trump is an ignoramus and the only person who really knows foreign policy ( Rubio) is too afraid to confront Trump.
