Slightly thrown by the “哇噻” here which my dictionary assures me means “(slang) wow!”
It feels phonetically close to “awesome” though, which has me wondering if it’s a loanword?

It wasn’t a very high quality contribution. Popular open source projects on GitHub already have a big problem with low quality contributions without considering LLMs lowering the effort required.

I’m a little behind the curve on this one but I’m planning to spend a lot of time this year working with LLMs.
So far I haven’t been able to produce much code that I am happy with. I’ve had better luck using it for analysis. Claude + 3rd party skills is nice for asking questions about a code base.
Massive open source projects like this already had a low quality contribution problem before LLMs added accelerant.

I just read the PR and if a human did that to my project I’d tell them to get lost as well.
- micro optimization of dubious value
- doesn’t pass all ci checks
- less readable resulting code. The description even points out that it’s a fragile transformation.
Hell nah. Be better.
Jeff Bridges. Good.

I always thought Venetian Snares was more of a contemporary than a protege.
I’ll check out Sophie and Arca when I get back home to a stable internet connection. Thanks for the recs.

Unless you like shattered glass, there’s no easy way to cut tempered glass.
(if you have a kiln handy to un-temper it via annealing, then you could cut it)
I had hope that he would come over but I checked his feed recently and I think his brain might be cooked

Redistricting drew her out of her current district. Allred is running for that 2027 seat. The GOP is gonna have an ugly primary fight between Cornyn and Paxton.
I’m sure she believes that she can win it.
Chickenshit Cowards takes a little more effort to say but it’s worth it.

A Switzerland basically as large as Germany with access to the sea… Maybe even an oil producer?
Do you think they’d still be neutral? I have my doubts.
The Swiss have an opportunity to do the funniest thing this week.
