Firstly increase tax on removing assets/wealth out of the country. Then increase income tax on those earning over 100k. 50p tax rate....

Those earning 500K up should also have a higher rate I crease than 50p.

Condensation is coming from water. If your bath is boxed most of the steam wouldn't be getting in there. So it's water trapped
