A dark blue background featuring green, purple, and light blue circles. The National Voices logo features in the bottom right hand corner. Centrally, there is a PC monitor graphic; on the screen of the PC you can see Jacob’s blog. Jacob is a white man with short brown hair. He is smiling and wears a black blazer jacket and top. The heading of the blog reads: β€œWhy tackling NHS admin will help improve outcomes”. Intro text reads: Jacob Lant, Chief Executive of National Voices, reflects on new research published alongside The King’s Fund and Healthwatch England that demonstrates the importance of good admin to easing the burden on patients and unpaid carers.

We have 2 v detailed reports on evidence for collection of protected characteristics in healthcare (produced with a range of partners). Loads of useful info, including case law. Publication on NHSE website might not be most useful for docs this size. Any suggestions how/ where we could publish them?

Other text in a speech bubble reads: "Take part and help improve cancer services." Outside of the bubble, text reads: For more information, visit ncpes.co.uk
