Sure, and of course I understand the overwhelm. But if they're not going to offer something that their neighbouring practices do offer, then patients should be able to move, easily, somewhere else.
And I don't think looking after your patients should be at a GPs discretion.

It seems more and more GPs are refusing to take on shared care with specialist teams for #ADHD.
This makes sense if you think of a GP practice as a small business needing to maintain profit margins.
But most small businesses allow their customers to go elsewhere for a service...

The thing is, not just is this not true (of current Reform intenders or especially their 2024 vote), but it's actually somewhat unusual in British politics to be the most popular party and have a support base as deviant from the median voter.
