4th gig of the year, Raye in Birmingham. Raye topped my gigs of 2023 & it was so good to see her again. She really is one of the best & this show had everything; tunes, tears & some stand up comedy. She finishes with a banger called “Joy”, sums it all up really.

2nd gig of the year, night 2 of Lewes Psychedelic Festival. I saw Holy Springs, Sick Man of Europe & Dactyl Terra. All were excellent, my favourite being the awesome Dactyl Terra. Also went to see the film Bulk (staring Newhaven fort) which I really liked & had an ice cream.
