Advice #1 for Game Jams - Time is gold, you can create a experience, it doesn’t need to be a fully playable classic videogame.

But keep it half of the size you initially thought and then…do this again.

There is a hack to design good game feel... It is called algebra.

Smooth and natural gameplay is usually powered by math, but don't be afraid, simple algebra can solve lot of things.

Arkanoi-8 (PICO-8) by Josh Millar collisions are calculated based on trigonometry.
