The Dorset went onto the loom immediately because it's for an article in an upcoming issue of WEFT magazine. I would love to see this woven into a top or 'sweatshirt' type garment because it would be cozy, drapey and light enough to wear in the shoulder seasons. Amazing. ⁠

Some beauty shots of spins I've finished over the past couple of weeks! This is a local-to-me Dorset Horn from Coniagas Textiles in Maple Ridge, BC, via @mellyknits spun continuous backwards draft from a smooth carded batt (pre-drafted) and smoothed while spinning.
