A president can be removed for misuse of the public treasury. That's fraud and thievery and has nothing to do with his job of serving the American People. He only has immunity for actions done in the service of the people. Any state should be able to bring criminal charges against him for misuse of public funds, paid into the treasury by that state, and charge him with misconduct, and fraud of that state's taxpayers.

the fact is we simply can’t go offing even the worst of the worst. everyone deserves to live and i think imprisonment for the remainder of their life is often worse than death. losing all your power and most of your rights is deeply intolerable to most people, and to those capitalists? definitely.
