It's currently very diificlit to see the big screen at Lingfield because of the winter sun. The only reason this doesn't affect more jumping courses than the usual ones mentioned is because of the layout.

If he was mine I would have retired him from jumping after the Newcastle fall which I was present for. However, the connections of Constitution Hill will know their horse better.

It says nothing bar a horse who has had four disastrous hurdles runs in a row shouldn't have another.

Schooling a racehorse over hurdles and deciding whether to run in the Champion Hurdle is like an athlete training around a track and then running in a Olympic or World final. There are too many things such as pace you can't replicate.

He won it so easily it's difficult to tell. I also have an unrelated minority view that Dancing Brave lost the Derby because he didn't act at Epsom!

Sea Pigeon is the only horse I can remember being helped by the Champion Hurdle being switched to the Old Course.
