Installed hooks into the garage for cleaning supplies
Organized my Pokemon cards

This weekend I:
Cleaned out the garbage can (it was super yucky)
Deconstructed, cleaned, and re-built the litter robot (it broke)
Grocery shopped @ Costco
Did the laundry + ironed it
Did dishes x3
Cut up and threw away 10+ cardboard boxes
Finished 3 non-mochi commissions
Cleaned up my office

Like shut up my house is SOOOO CUTE!!!! I’m hoping to get a Halloween inflatable too some day. Maybe they’ll go on sale after Halloween this year and I can have it for next year!!!

I’m doing a lot of things for myself this year and I’m proud of that.

Being able to say no to things instead of being a pushover. Not being afraid to be honest when I need help or space.

Indulging in my favorite things. Taking care of myself and my wants and needs

2025 me is doing so good

It’s a Friday night. 3 day weekend I got slime rancher 2 on my steam deck connected to my TV, snacks, cats, chocolate milk, and I’m planning on watching Pokemon Concierge season 2. Ohhh yeahhhh

I’m sorry this account is such a vent journal lol. I try to keep my feelings to an ACTUAL journal but it’s so much easier to just make a simple tweet as a release.

I wish I could say this country is a joke but that would imply the things are happening are funny.

But they’re not. It’s just miserable.

I had to skip a day of work due to sickness last week and wow I did not realize how much missing 1 day would mess me up lol

Period brain go crazy

Tell me how I’m supposed to have a life when I wake up at 6:30 am, go to work at 7am. Come home 6/7pm, and only stop working/doing stuff at 10pm. I feel like I’m gonna blow my brains out.

Just saw Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle in theaters and all I can say is

They really SHOULD add trading Pikmin. Maybe with tokens or something if you get duplicates during an event or earning tokens for steps walked

Who knew that partaking in your favorite hobbies, going for a walk, and listening to good music could improve your mood???

>leave house at 7
>8-5 shift
>get home at 6, or 7 if grocery shopping
>cook until 8/8:30
>eat until 8:30/9
>clean up until 9:30
>I have 1 hour of my life to myself

It’s hard to feel like the world didn’t end when a certain person got elected

But

the world is most definitely ending in this country like…. I can’t even deny it anymore

The fact that I’m doing math and calculating how my expenses are per month to see if I can afford a treat for myself (that I usually get heavily discounted with rewards points/sales) when there are billionaires that earn more money in a minute than I will in years makes me want to throw up

I know that if I had stayed with my parents, life would be easier.

But… i love my current life. So much.

This life is also just incredibly difficult

It is so hard to keep pushing through right now.

Nearly everyone I know is living paycheck to paycheck with 2 jobs, even with splitting costs with a partner/roomate.

Jobs aren’t hiring. Jobs aren’t paying. Everything is so expensive.

People work and they’re still dying
