So got home from Specsavers after getting eyes tested for a new script and trying some glasses on, nothing purchased yet. Right ankle (my good one) was sore, have iced it on and off along with raising it all night. Definitely swollen. Must have sprained it. I'm praying it's better by Friday for work

Jamie Oliver Mushroom Carbonara for 1. Didn't have Lasagne sheets as per recipe but Fettucini worked out quite well. Just add it to the cooked mushroom and bacon and rosemary then stir in egg and cheese. Yummo!

Just been to see the movie Penguin Lessons with the folks at Essex Street Cinema in Fremantle. Very interesting. Came out to it drizzling a little bit, went to Pizza Bella Roma for a pizza lunch and it hasn't stopped raining since.

Just took my brother to the airport for his flight back to Texas. Was meant to fly about 2 weeks ago but issue with visa renewal. Won't see him now for another 2 or 3 yrs unless I visit him or he comes home via Singapore for business. 😭

I had The Hangmaster come out to the apartment today to put up some track railings and then hang some sporting frames. Had other pictures put up in the living room too.

How good do they look?
The workmanship is very clean and neat. Very happy with the work!

Decided to head up to Scarborough for their weekly Sunset Markets. They have them every Saturday 3pm to 8pm in Winter and then every Thursday in Summer. About 20 food trucks plus other stalls. I opted for a Hot Potato followed by a Crepe. Highly recommend! #Perth #Scarborough
