I often say the field tries / wants to simplify too quickly when it comes to the brain and #AI / #ML is a great example of this. Before we can use a nifty wearable we need the more robust model to scale down from in terms of channels and data quality… otherwise how will the models learn? More soon..

Even if this is eventually overturned, it’s important that someone is calling it what it is.. disenfranchising marginalized groups and saying “we don’t care if you die”
