I saw this linked elsewhere, and it made me think of the difference between Jack's viewpoint and Will's. Both were harmed by #Hannibal, but Will eventually saw his actions as just a part of nature rather than an attack. Considering the references to the book, I'm pretty sure it was intentional.

The expression change from something neutral to something utterly distainful is amazing. Mads Mikkelsen brought so much nuance, so much subtlety, that he truly made this show. When television all but blasts us with the obvious, Mads made his character so exquisite in the nuance.

I also think it's about control and how pushy someone is towards him. He likes Mrs Komeda, who can playfully demand that he make a feast, but he dislikes the more invasive attention.

Hannibal has spent a vast amount of effort in becoming the pinacle of his craft, and to see Tobias just being reckless and cavalier about it, not only putting his own art in jeopardy, but Hannibal's too? Not ok. That Tobias let his own failings land on others and disrupting H's plans? Rude!

Helollo! It's finally time to share a few links to my #Hannibal art books!

The new art book is #BonAppétit Volume 2 and it includes all the paintings I did after publishing Volume 1 in 2020.

The bundle (Volume 1+2) will give you both art books and you will only have to pay for shipping costs once.

I love this look on him, as well as this one. I don't find it 'hot' myself, but it is incredibly appealing.

Hannibal was big on self-care. I'm glad you are living by that example ;)
