Absolutely. Frustrating, fiddly and swear inducing

I started drawing in lockdown after 30 years of doing no art at all.
Practice and complete obsession is needed. I'm never happy. I love using watercolours, I think you have to try different things to push yourself but also to discover what suits you. And don't follow rules...find your own way

Wow, thank you❤️. I'm obsessed with realism. I usually use coloured pencil on top, but this is pure pastel and pastel pencil. It was extremely fiddly/frustrating

Decided I hate paper as it has a brick like texture
But continued to see how far I could push it.
Refuses to take any more abuse. So guess I’m done.
