Thank you, never sure if anyone reads the alt text. I shoot most things, except for street, I like seeing it, but not for me to do, I think the seasons dictate more for me and change to suit that and edit to suit the feeling of the picture.

I do not think, I have a style, I take to many different things, depending on the seasons, this year was always going to be, teach myself more about black and white photography. The coast seems to be where I will take these pictures for now and probably will be a winter project. I have few folders made, on is for square crops from Ayr Beach, that I hope to make a little zine for myself, but I also have for the wider scene, the last year, I have cropped a lot at 2x1 for a lot of my pictures. Photography keeps me grounded, look through the viewfinder and all the day to day noise is lost, what you see is all that consumes me. That is what photography gives me.

Black&White is very much a learning process for me, learning what I like and how to process, the coast is where I seem to head for my inspiration.

The mixed colours of seaweed buried in the sand, dried out as it was well up the high tide line, probably from the recent winds pushed up there.

Was a more spring like morning, when I walked along the beach, was searching the high tide line, seeing if anything caught my eye among all the kelp buried in the sand
