Didn’t go to sleep until like 3 last night and then took a nap til like 12 today and didn’t take my meds that keep me up until 2 pm or drink a Yerba til 2 pm I think I’m ruining my life rn

Just gotta write 3 more songs for thrash band and not break up metalcore band before recording and wait for Ian to finish 5 more songs

Think I’ve reached a new mental low which is really cool and difficult
